We aim to have your orders dispatched within 3 business days, but it can take up to 5 business days for an order to be printed and processed before it can be shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Whilst we will do our best to dispatch on time, because we use third-party transportation such as Australia Post, FedEx and Aramex, we cannot guarantee delivery times and therefore cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, including floods and cyclones, service interruptions, etc.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Our team will do their best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 3 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item.
Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, poor-quality print, or incorrect item.
If we are not contacted within this 3-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
Returns and exchanges policy
Due to the nature of the business, bespoke and unique printing and limited-edition products, all sales are final. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
