Refund and Returns Policy

This page outlines the refund and returns policy for purchases made through Open Ya Mind Clothing.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact your bank as there is often processing time before refunds appear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@openyamindclothing.com.au and only send your item back when appoved to do so by the owner.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please only send your item back when appoved to do so by the owner.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Printing

Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Please consult the size chart (available on all product pages) before purchasing to ensure your item fits correctly. If you need to make a change after your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately, as we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Our team will do their best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 14 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, poor-quality print, incorrect item, damaged in transit.If we are not contacted within this 14-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
